Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Roadway Programs Technician Supervisor (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration or one year experience as a Roadway Programs Coordinator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Two years of professional experience in the analysis, development and implementation of methods and techniques used in a roadway maintenance management system and a bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or in a civil engineering related discipline
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data and performance in multiple Transportation systems to support maintenance operations
• Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting for District and County personnel using Maintenance-IQ and related tools
• Identify issues, diagnose causes, and implement resolutions to improve accuracy across various platforms
• Collaborate with Information Technology teams to test updates, improve user experience, and implement system enhancements
• Create learning materials and lead statewide training sessions to help staff use systems effectively
• Apply system data to assist in sectional cycle maintenance planning and support accreditation requirements
