As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you handle inbound calls and route them through an automated call distribution system. The agent will also assist customers with vehicle issues and get them back on the road as quickly and safely as possible. Because we support customers around the clock, candidates must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, on a scheduled and rotating basis. This does not mean working every day, but flexibility is essential.
