About The Position

Griffin Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Road Phlebotomist to work full time. The role travels to healthcare facilities and other designated locations to collect blood specimens with precision, professionalism, and care. The position supports Griffin Health’s delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the community.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adapt to a mobile work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during interactions.
• Accurately label and promptly transport specimens to the laboratory for processing.
• Maintain proper documentation, including patient and specimen records, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.
