About The Position

Griffin Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Road Phlebotomist on a full-time basis. The role involves traveling to healthcare facilities and other designated locations to collect blood specimens with precision, professionalism, and care. The position supports Griffin Health's delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the community.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of three months of phlebotomy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and adapt to a mobile work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor during interactions.
• Accurately label and promptly transport specimens to the laboratory for processing.
• Maintain proper documentation, including patient and specimen records, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.
