About The Position

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable and experienced LTL Road Driver to transport freight across regional and nonregional routes, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves safely operating a commercial vehicle, securing cargo, following transportation regulations and safety protocols, keeping accurate driving and cargo records, and communicating with dispatch. Applicants must provide a complete 10-year employment history on the application in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in the resident state.
Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
At least 21 years of age.
Meet all DOT and company requirements.
Safely perform essential job functions without obvious risk of injury to self or coworkers.
Able to read, write, and speak English.
U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
Complete 10-year employment history on the application, in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Responsibilities

Operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
Ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured before departure.
Provide excellent customer service by making timely deliveries and handling customer inquiries or concerns.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow local, state, and federal transportation regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes traveled, and cargo conditions.
Communicate with the dispatch management team about schedules, delays, and transportation issues.
