About The Position
Road Construction Equipment Operator Location: Moore, OK Schedule: Full-Time Join Silver Star Construction and help build Oklahoma's infrastructure. We are currently looking for skilled operators with experience running heavy machinery used in road construction and site preparation.
Requirements
- Successful completion of background screening, drug test, and physical
- Availability for overtime and occasional weekend or night work
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capable of performing strenuous physical activities
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Responsibilities
- Safely operate heavy construction equipment including graders, excavators, loaders, dozers, scrapers, mixers, and water trucks
- Complete equipment loading and unloading activities
- Inspect machinery before and after operation
- Monitor equipment performance and document findings
- Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance
- Ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition
- Follow all project and company safety requirements
