Responsibilities include tracking events, documenting status, communicating repairs, escalating issues, and keeping operations updated. The role also requires responding to DOT and non-DOT accidents, cargo concerns, OS&D issues, and injuries. Additionally, the advisor will be responsible for accurate reporting, real-time problem-solving, and coordination across maintenance, safety, and operations, as well as handling calls, emails, and questions from operators, customers, and internal teams.
