About The Position

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Berlin, NH. This is an 8-13 week contract position for the evening shift. The role requires knowledge of LTC or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and compassion and empathy for patients and their families are essential. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients when necessary are also required.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of LTC or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients when necessary.
• State license.
• BLS Copy
• Covid Fully Vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Adhere to LTC or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Manage care in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving patients as necessary.

Benefits

• Referral fee of $750 for referring a Registered Nurse.
• Referral fee of $250 for referring an LPN or for any other clinical roles.
