About The Position

This is an 8-13 week contract position for a Registered Nurse (RN) working the evening shift at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Brentwood, NH. The role requires knowledge of Long Term Care (LTC) or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of LTC or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients when necessary.
• State license.
• BLS Copy
• Covid Fully Vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within a Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home setting.
• Work the evening shift.
• Adhere to LTC or Nursing Home nursing practices and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Manage care in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy for patients and their families.
