About The Position
Mini Cassia is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving residents who need long-term and short-term care. The RNA supports a geriatric population by responding to call lights, helping residents with daily living activities, monitoring their comfort and needs, documenting intake and output as needed, and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff. The role emphasizes compassionate, respectful care, teamwork, and building relationships with residents and their families. The position is based in Burley, Idaho, and is listed for a day shift from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
- Willingness to learn and follow state, local, and federal long-term care guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Answer call lights and support residents' daily needs.
- Assist residents with mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitor residents' comfort, preferences, and dietary needs while treating them with dignity and respect.
- Document intake and output as needed.
- Promptly report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
- Build relationships with residents and their families.
