About The Position
The RN works in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU), providing nursing care to patients requiring progressive or step-down care. The position is per diem, with varied hours and shifts according to operational needs. Staff may be floated to areas where they are needed. Beth Israel Lahey Health requires staff to be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license.
- Evidence of continuing education.
- Two years of medical-surgical RN experience.
- Recent PCU/SDU-level-of-care experience.
- Current telemetry experience or ability to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam within 90 days of beginning the position.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
Nice To Haves

- Charge nurse experience.
- BSN preferred.
