About The Position
Sprenger Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN to join its Healthcare Team at Main Street Care Center in Avon Lake, Ohio. The RN assesses residents’ needs, administers medications and treatments, and provides support to residents and their families. The role includes monitoring resident health, maintaining accurate medical records, following professional nursing standards and ethical practices, and staying informed about current nursing practices and regulations. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care.
