About The Position

The RN will work primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit but will also occasionally float between various Med-Surg units (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.). This is a night shift position with every other weekend required. There is no call requirement. Current Epic EMR proficiency is required, and candidates will be tested on this skill. Active BLS is required. A minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is required, and candidates will be tested on their ability to read Telemetry on day one.

Requirements

• Current Epic EMR proficiency (refresher classes or 1:1 support are not options).
• Active BLS required.
• Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience.
• Ability to read Telemetry (will be tested on day one).

Responsibilities

• Work primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit.
• Occasionally float between various Med-Surg units (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders, etc.).
• Work night shifts (7p - 7:30a).
• Work every other weekend.
• Demonstrate current Epic EMR proficiency.
• Demonstrate ability to read Telemetry.
