About The Position

Family Pillars Homecare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for visits and shifts in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and surrounding areas. This role involves performing skilled nursing visits, including start of care, wound care, IV administration, medication management, and patient assessments. RNs will also carry out shift-based care for patients requiring extended clinical support, monitor and document patient condition and progress, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to update care plans, maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA, and uphold infection control standards and agency protocols. The company offers W2 employee or 1099 options, with pay rates varying based on patient care plans.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE VALID RN OR LPN FLORIDA NURSING LICENSE OR COMPACT LICENSE.
• MUST HAVE VALID BASIC LIFE SUPPORT CARD.
• MUST HAVE FLORIDA REQUIRED CEUS.
• MUST HAVE PHYSICAL HEALTH FORM WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS
• MUST HAVE A COPY OF A NEG TB SKIN TEST RESULTS, CHEST X-RAY or QUANTIFERON-TB GOLD BLOOD TEST RESULTS (QFT-PLUS).
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE TO VERIFY IN ACHA.
• MUST SPEAK ENGLISH CLEARLY.
• MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
