About The Position

This position is for the Nurse Residency Program - 2026 Summer Class Graduates. TMH offers NRP cohorts starting every quarter to best fit your needs. The organization has recently adjusted its pay range to reflect current market rates, offering competitive salaries.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Able to apply 3 months prior to graduation.
  • New graduate nurses and RNs with less than 6 months of hospital (acute care) experience.
  • Active Florida RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact or NCLEX Authorization to Test (ATT).
  • Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS – Healthcare Provider card.
  • Submit an application and updated resume to the NRP application cohort corresponding to your graduation.
  • Participate in in-person interviews with units of interest and nursing leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience or completed preceptorship in a specialty area may allow for placement in specialty units (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Women's & Children's Services).
  • Can receive certification during orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients.
  • Participate in the Nurse Residency Program (NRP) cohorts.
  • Complete orientation and any required certifications.
