This new specialty pay is in addition to your base pay rate and any applicable shift differential. The specialty pay applies to the roles of: RN, RN-Charge, RN-Weekend, and RN Shift Coordinator. The specialty pay applies to Full-time, Part-time, and PRN statuses. The specialty pay applies to both 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts.
