About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Healthcare Team at Smithville Western Care Center in Wooster, Ohio. The RN assesses resident needs, administers medications and treatments, and supports residents and their families. The position is a full-time night-shift role and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license issued by a state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven RN experience in various clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
