About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring an RN or LPN to provide nursing care at Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 115-bed facility in Austinburg, Ohio. The role includes assessing residents, delivering individualized care, supporting nursing assistants, and helping maintain clinical and regulatory standards. Night-shift positions are available in full-time and part-time arrangements, with 12-hour shifts and a $3 night-shift differential. Sign-on bonuses are offered for eligible night-shift hires: $5,000 for part-time and up to $10,000 for full-time.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Strong understanding of state rules and regulations.
• Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance.
• Teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents and provide direct care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and well-being.
