About The Position

Atrium Centers is hiring a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse at its 39-bed Roosevelt Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Muskegon, Michigan. Nurses provide individualized resident care in a supportive, team-driven environment with lower patient ratios and opportunities to build relationships with residents and families. The position is offered full-time, part-time, and PRN, with 8- or 12-hour shifts. Full-time positions are listed for the first shift; part-time positions are available on first and second shifts; PRN shifts are available on all shifts. A sign-on bonus is offered for full-time and part-time hires, and the posting also lists an additional $3.40-per-hour HERO pay.

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
