About The Position
The RN consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. The role includes preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications; reporting adverse reactions to medications or treatments; educating patients on surgical procedures; and recording patients’ medical information and vital signs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- COVID vaccine required.
- BLS – AHA required.
Responsibilities

- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
