About The Position

The RN provides hospital and inpatient nursing care. The role performs and documents ongoing patient assessments, including observation, physical examination, laboratory and test results, and responses to procedural interventions. The RN reviews and revises plans of care as patient status changes, incorporates patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes, and coordinates and documents discharge planning and referrals to support continuity of care after discharge. A COVID vaccine is required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• COVID vaccine required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document ongoing assessments, including observation, physical examination, laboratory and test results, and patient responses to procedural interventions.
• Review and revise the plan of care according to changes in the patient’s status.
• Incorporate patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and document appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
