About The Position

The RN performs and documents ongoing patient assessments, including observation, physical examination, laboratory and test results, and patient response to procedural intervention. The RN reviews and revises the plan of care based on changes in the patient’s status. The role incorporates patient teaching and discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes, and coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• COVID vaccine required.
