About The Position
The RN implements and coordinates resident care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel. The role directs resident care, conducts timely rounds to support continuity of care, documents relevant care information and observations of residents’ overall condition and behavior, and uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure overall resident care. An RN license is required.

Responsibilities
