About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its compassionate care team. The position is based on integrated nursing principles and involves assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN provides individualized care and education to residents, families, and caregivers.
Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Have the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and administer them correctly.
- Plan and provide education for residents, families, and caregivers.
