RN Night Shift w/shift differential
About The Position
Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking Registered Nurses for its senior care communities in the Omaha metro area: Hillcrest Millard, Hillcrest Shadow Lake, Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages, and Hillcrest Health & Rehab. The role is full-time overnight, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., with a $1.50 overnight shift differential. Pay is $38.00–$45.00+ per hour; additional certifications or education may qualify for a higher wage. Requirements
- Hold an active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.
- Have a STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, and Respectful.
- Focus on resident care and be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain or improve elders’ physical and mental well-being.
- Know the skin care policy and ensure preventive measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
- Monitor guests for changes in condition and coordinate care with physicians.
- Review each resident’s care plan and update it as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes; complete an admission care plan in a timely manner.
- Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medication is administered timely, privately, and according to facility procedure.
