About The Position

Asbury is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse for its five-star facility. The RN provides individualized care addressing residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs. The role includes obtaining and transcribing orders, notifying physicians and responsible parties of changes in resident status, guiding CNAs and LPNs, completing admission paperwork and nursing assessments, and administering medications and treatments as needed. The position may be eligible for a shift differential depending on schedule. The advertised pay is up to $47.52 per hour, plus a $3 per hour PRN premium. Requirements

Two years of Medical/Surgical, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience.
Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized care that meets residents’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.
Obtain and promptly transcribe written and telephone orders, ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
Notify physicians and responsible parties of changes in resident status.
Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Complete new-admission paperwork promptly, including nursing assessments.
Prepare and administer medications and treatments as needed.
