About The Position

Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join their weekend nursing team in Memphis, Tennessee. The role involves supervising and supporting nursing staff, monitoring resident conditions, ensuring adherence to care plans and procedures, and serving as a point of contact for residents and families.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Tennessee
• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues
