About the Role: In this part-time and full-time opportunity, you will work as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. As a Day 7a-7P RN, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with activities of daily living Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and medications administration

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medication administration and progress notes
- Assist with orientation and training of new staff members, as needed
