About The Position

BILH Primary Care is seeking a Medical Office RN to work in concert with providers and clinical support staff to ensure patient needs are met. The RN helps patients navigate their care within the BILH network and provides direct patient care, including telephone triage of incoming patient calls, assisting with minor procedures, patient education and health maintenance, administering immunizations, and giving allergy injections. Nurses are expected to devote their professional energy to providing high-quality primary care.

The position has variable shifts and some weekend responsibility. The listed base hourly pay range is $32.24–$55.32. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as seniority, education, training, relevant experience, certifications, work location, and job responsibilities. Shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, or overtime may also affect compensation. Staff are required to be vaccinated against influenza as a condition of employment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Current license to practice nursing from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Maintain BLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and assist patients and interact with providers and staff.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Organizational skills and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Must meet the employer's influenza vaccination requirement.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Office experience is preferred.
