About The Position
Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This full-time position offers a salary of $90,000 annually, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work in a small, home-like skilled nursing facility where residents and staff are treated like family.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience required
Nice To Haves
- Nursing leadership experience preferred
- MDS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit
- Supervise and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Complete resident assessments and documentation
- Conduct wound rounds and monitor clinical outcomes
- Oversee infection control and EMAR compliance
- Investigate incidents and update care plans as needed
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
