About The Position

Under the direction of the Department Director, oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care delivery. Provides direct and indirect patient care while supervising unit staff, daily operations, and ancillary personnel in accordance with professional nursing standards. Supports departmental and organizational goals through leadership, mentorship, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Partners with the Department Director to develop, evaluate, and maintain staff performance and clinical operations within the patient care unit.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in Wound Care preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, public and other providers.
