The Wound Ostomy RN will serve as the clinical resource and consultant for the acute and rehabilitative care of patients with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems, such as, complex draining wounds, ostomies, fistulae, dermal ulcers, tubes, and incontinence. The ideal candidate will be prepared to provide the full scope of WOC(ET) nursing practice which also includes other components such as, education, counseling, research, and administration.
