About The Position
This role involves providing triage services within an OBGYN setting. The position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage patient calls and inquiries, assess patient needs, and provide appropriate guidance and care coordination. The nurse will work with a team to ensure high-quality patient care and support. The work schedule includes Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 8 PM, which involves working one to two evenings per week. On Fridays, the hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, the role requires working one to two Saturdays per month from 8 AM to 12:30 PM.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Expertise and years of experience in nursing.
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday 8AM - 8PM (includes working 1-2 evenings/week).
- Ability to work Friday 8AM - 5PM.
- Ability to work Saturday 8AM - 1230 PM (this includes working 1- 2 Saturdays/month).
Responsibilities
- Provide triage services for OBGYN patients.
- Assess patient needs via phone and other communication methods.
- Offer guidance and care coordination.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
