About The Position
Our client is seeking an RN - Transplant in Dallas, Texas, for a five-day, eight-hour day shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires the listed credentials, clinical references, health screening documentation, vaccinations, and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the last 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the last 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
