About The Position

This is a 36-hour night shift position on the Davenport 5 - Surgical Stepdown Unit, requiring the ability to read telemetry strips. The unit consists of two Med/Surgical Units, one with 15 beds and one 8-bed Surgical Stepdown Unit. Floating between units is required. Day positions require rotating shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p, 7p-7a), but rotation is not required for night positions. The unit cares for patients post-surgery from various specialties including General, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, Urology, Oral, Plastics, and Trauma. The unit has a total of 23 beds and a census of 23. EPIC is used for charting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in one location
• Minimum of 2 years of travel experience
• Current Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS certification
