About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) who will work in a Telemetry/Medical-Surgical Float role. The nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in an acute care environment, utilizing strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. The role requires the ability to work various shifts, including weekends, and to float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry required.
• Ability to work weekend shifts.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills in an acute care environment.
• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross) certificate
• Current ACLS (AHA or Red Cross) certificate
• Min. 1 year previous Acute Care hospital experience
• Must be able to float to med surg/tele

Nice To Haves

• Meditech experience is highly preferred.
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
