The specialty team coordinator is responsible for providing advanced clinical leadership and clinical outcomes within the ongoing management of patients by facilitating operations, improving system processes, and using evidence-based patient care. This is facilitated by 1) the management of the delivery of quality patient care, 2) The facilitation of efficient operations to support the delivery of patient care, 3) identify and recommend patient initiatives to promote patient safety and quality, 4) the ongoing management of regulatory and organizational compliance requirements. Requirements

BSN required.
Three years minimum experience in the area of clinical specialization required.
Demonstrates excellence in RN and Charge roles, Performs any and all RN and Charge RN responsibilities as necessary to facilitate [patient care and operational efficiency.
RN License.
BLS/ACLS required.
3 Years minimum experience in Cardiology. Cardiac Testing required.
Current Connecticut Nursing Licensure.
