About The Position

The RN will work in a 30-bed Surgical Cardiac Progressive Care Unit that primarily serves post-operative cardiac patients. The position involves working alongside patient care technicians, licensed vocational nurses, clinical supervisors, and other team members in a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, quality, and efficient care and supporting patients through discharge.

Requirements

Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency.
Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
