Conduct medical assessments of residents and determine when it is necessary to call the physician. Oversee the admission process of new or re-admitted residents to the nursing care center, assuring resident assessment and documentation are complete and timely. Provide appropriate advice for medications or treatments by established policies.

Requirements

• RN or BSN Degree from a school of professional nursing; license and current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• RN experience for at least one year is required for per diem status.
• Active CPR certification.
