RN Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated, leadership-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an RN Supervisor. The RN Supervisor provides clinical leadership, direction, and oversight to frontline nursing staff (LVNs and CNAs) during assigned shifts. In this role, you will ensure seamless daily clinical operations, monitor resident conditions, maintain regulatory compliance, and support a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Active CPR/BLS certification.
- Familiarity with Title 22 long-term care regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting is highly preferred.
- Experience utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) for electronic health records and auditing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete resident admissions and oversee associated clinical documentation.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive performance feedback to floor nurses and CNAs.
- Conduct digital clinical audits within PointClickCare (PCC) to safeguard medical record accuracy.
- Maintain shift-wide compliance with California Title 22, federal guidelines, and facility policies.
- Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to update resident care plans as medical statuses change.
