This position serves as the House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility. The House Supervisor is responsible for managing patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to optimize patient care and resource utilization. This role involves acting as a liaison between physicians, nursing leadership, unit staff, care management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the House Supervisor assumes the role of Administrator on Duty, making administrative decisions and providing direction for all hospital departments.
