About The Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking an RN Supervisor to join the medical team at the new Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood. This role involves supervising LPNs and CNAs, coordinating client care, administering direct nursing care, completing comprehensive assessments and documentation, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and organizational policies. Sea Mar is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, dedicated to providing comprehensive health and human services to diverse communities, with a specialization in serving Latinos in Washington State. They serve all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, sexual orientation, or ability to pay. The organization operates over 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics, along with various nutritional, social, and educational services. Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization.

Requirements

RN license
Supervisory experience
Experience in wound care
Experience in diabetes care
Knowledge of clinical standards, infection control, medication management, and regulatory practices

Responsibilities

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, including coordinating schedules, approving time off, and other supervisory duties
Coordinate client care with integrated clinical and medical teams
Administer direct nursing care, including wound care, diabetes care and monitor changes in condition
Complete comprehensive assessments and documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, infection control, medication management, regulatory practices and organizational policies
