About The Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a CNA to join the medical team at the new Crisis Care Center in Lynnwood. This role involves supporting clients experiencing behavioral health crises by building supportive relationships, monitoring health, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements

• CNA certification
• Ability to work in a meaningful and mission-driven environment
• Experience in building supportive, trusting relationships
• Skills in monitoring and documenting health conditions and vital signs
• Ability to report changes in condition promptly
• Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities
• Capability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain supportive, trusting relationships with residents through ongoing communication and engagement.
• Monitor and document residents’ health by observing conditions and taking vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition, health concerns, or refusal of care promptly to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (e.g., toileting, meals, mobility, and activities) according to care plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, including housekeeping tasks and proper use of emergency equipment.
