About The Position
The RN Supervisor provides mentoring and leadership to the nursing team to support high-quality resident care. The role helps develop, train, and manage the nursing team and participates in developing, implementing, and evaluating the department’s quality assurance program. The RN Supervisor ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Management experience in nursing preferred.
- Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
