About The Position
Arlington Care Center, a skilled nursing facility in Newark, OH, is seeking a Full Time experienced, energetic, strong and dedicated RN Supervisor to assist the DON and ADON in leading the exceptional nursing services that are delivered to our residents daily.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio and in good standing with the Board of Nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility
- Must have excellent computer and communication skills.
- Must be able to follow all established Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to the residents.
- Implementing nursing services, objections and standards; resolving resident care issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
- Ensuring all confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents residing in the facility
