RN Supervisor
About The Position
Beacon Brook Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team in providing high-quality care and supporting residents’ health, comfort, and overall well-being. The role includes oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. The listed schedule is 7 a.m.–3 p.m., every other weekend. The position is located at 89 Wied Drive, Naugatuck, Connecticut 06770. The stated pay range is USD $48.00–$55.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid state nursing license.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Interest in the nursing needs of older adults and chronically ill people, with the ability to work with both.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
