About The Position
The RN Supervisor will effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all of the Urgent Care Centers (UCC). This role is responsible for evaluating and coordinating staffing needs and maintaining adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal and employee excellence. The supervisor works collaboratively with all Urgent Care Supervisors in accomplishing each of the Urgent Care Center goals. They serve as administrative leadership for all UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues as they arise (i.e.: staffing support, trouble shooting employee, patient and physician issues). The supervisor communicates those issues and issue resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner. This role also works with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (i.e.: security, cleaning staff, biomedical eng. and property management).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
- Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing preferred (BSN).
