About The Position

Canterbury Place, a senior living community in Pittsburgh managed by Oakdale Seniors Alliance, is hiring RN Supervisors to provide clinical leadership for its nursing team. The role offers 8-hour shifts and is available on full-time and part-time evening schedules, including a part-time evening weekend-only shift. RN Supervisors lead staff and support person-centered resident care in a collaborative environment emphasizing clinical autonomy, transparency, and respect.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong critical-thinking skills and commitment to providing high-quality care to seniors.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and foster open communication.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and mentor the nursing team.
• Oversee comprehensive resident care plans and ensure adherence to clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing needs, address family concerns, and resolve clinical challenges as they arise.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Help ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
