NOW HIRING: RN Supervisor | Travel Contract Skilled Nursing Facility | 180 Bed Facility Travel Assignment | 36 Hours Guaranteed No Locals — Must Live 75+ Miles Away First-Time Travelers Welcome. Support a 180-bed SNF across 5 units caring for residents with Dementia & Alzheimer’s, Neurobehavioral & Assaultive Behaviors, Rehab/Ortho/Cardiac Recovery, and Long-Term Care Residents.
Requirements
- 2+ Years RN Supervisor Experience
- Previous Charge Experience Required
- EPIC Experience Required
- BLS Certified
- Must Live 75+ Miles Away
Responsibilities
- Support a 180-bed SNF across 5 units caring for residents with Dementia & Alzheimer’s, Neurobehavioral & Assaultive Behaviors, Rehab/Ortho/Cardiac Recovery, and Long-Term Care Residents.
- Manage residents requiring PICC Lines & IVs, Wound Vacs, Tube Feeds, Catheters & Colostomies.
- Oversee Code Management.
- Implement De-escalation Techniques.
- Ensure Infection Control & Regulatory Compliance.
