About The Position

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a travel contract position at a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility. This role involves supporting residents across 5 units with various complex care needs, including dementia, neurobehavioral issues, and recovery from medical conditions. The position requires a minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week, with a schedule that includes a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, and requires working every other weekend. This is a travel assignment, and candidates must reside at least 75 miles away from the facility. First-time travelers are welcome.

Previous Charge Experience Required
EPIC Experience Required
BLS Certified
Must live 75+ miles away (No Locals)

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and operations within a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility across 5 units.
Provide care for residents with Dementia & Alzheimer’s, Neurobehavioral & Assaultive Behaviors, Rehab/Ortho/Cardiac Recovery, and Long-Term Care needs.
Administer care involving PICC Lines & IVs, Wound Vacs, Tube Feeds, and Catheters & Colostomies.
Manage Code situations and implement de-escalation techniques.
Ensure adherence to Infection Control and Regulatory Compliance standards.
Work a schedule that includes 3x 8-hour shifts and 1x 12-hour shift per week, with shift times ranging from 3p-11p, 11p-7a, or 7p-7a.
Work every other weekend as required.
